چکیده
Polymer nanocapsules, with a hollow structure, are increasingly finding widespread use as drug delivery carriers; however, quantitatively evaluating the bio–nano interactions of nanocapsules remains challenging. Herein, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-based metal–phenolic network (MPN) three sizes (50, 100, and 150 nm) engineered via supramolecular template-assisted assembly effect nanocapsule size on is investigated using in vitro cell experiments, ex vivo whole blood assays, rat models. To track by mass cytometry, preformed gold nanoparticle (14 encapsulated into each PEG–MPN nanocapsule. The results reveal that decreasing from to 50 nm leads reduced association (up 70%) phagocytic cells human prolongs systemic exposure findings provide insights MPN-based represent platform for studying interactions.

متن کاملEvaluation of antimicrobial role of nanocapsules containing Cornus mass extract synthesized by emulsion method on antibiotic resistant bacteria
Background: Due to the increase in the strains of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, it is necessary to obtain effective herbal compounds and nanocapsules synthesized from plant extracts to eliminate these strains. Objective: The present research study was conducted to examine the antibacterial effects of Cornus mass extract and its synthesized nano-capsules on the bacterial strains resistant to an...
متن کاملHybrid nanocapsules: interactions of ABA block copolymers with liposomes.
Amphiphilic ABA triblock copolymers, such as poly(2-methyloxazoline)-block-poly(dimethylsiloxan)-block-poly(2-methyloxazoline) (PMOXA-PDMS-PMOXA), form vesicular structures. Here, the interaction of these ABA molecules with lipids is investigated by electron microscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, light scattering, and differential scanning calorimetry. Our observations suggest the formation of ...

متن کاملIn vitro flow cytometry method to quantitatively assess inhibitors of P-glycoprotein.
P-glycoprotein (Pgp)-mediated drug efflux is a major factor contributing to the variance of absorption and distribution of many drugs. A simple and reliable in vitro method to identify inhibitors of Pgp helps to prevent the potential of drug interactions. Using daunorubicin as a fluorescent marker and vanadate as a positive control compound, a functional flow cytometry method for assessing the ...
